Save The Earth (Reflection)
Hope your having a fabulous weekend! I know its been around for a while but I thought I’ld let everyone know abouy my favourite Dior quint. I got it for my 21st B’day from my gorgeous boyfriend and I’ve wore it every weekend ever since and it hardly looks touched! Dior eyeshadows are the best IMO, very pigmented, lovely texture and hardly any fallout. The shades are all shimmer apart from the darkest brown which isnt matte as such just not as shimmery as the others.I got ‘Earth Reflection’ because I know I would use the colours quite alot, bar the pinky highlighter shade. As I’m quite pale it just looks like shimmer, you can hardly see the pink so I rarely use that one but the other colours get a regular bash =D. I didn’t take a pic of my own as its quite battered!
The shades all compliment eachother beautifully, and I love using the darkest brown along my lower or upper lashline for a smokey eyeliner effect during the day. The lightest beige (bottom right) looks lovely used by your tear duct then smoked into the lighter brown (top right) on your lower lashline. As I said before I use these shadows all the time, and have a long way to go before I hit pan. As mine were a birthday gift I’m not sure how much it was when my boyfriend bought it but I had a quick google and found it for £38.50 (wow!) on Strawberry.net.
Swatches – Pink highlighter at the top – the darker beige – the lighter beige – the lighter brown – the darkest brown (I really, really need some fake tan or some shiz!)
And heres me wearing them! I used the darker beige all over my lid, the lighter beige on my brownbone, the lighter brown on my lower lashline and the darkest brown in the crease! Also added a slick of L’Oreal Super Liner in Carbon Black and my beloved Estee Lauder Sumtuous mascara =D
Enjoy your weekend dudettes! xxx
