I’m really not a ‘cleanse-tone-moisturise’ kind of girl when it comes to night time, I like to simply remove my makeup with a face wipe and then wash my face with a face wash. I have to splash my face with water in order to feel clean, and as my face wipe gets rid of the majority of makeup and dirt I feel like my face wash has a better chance at getting deep into my pores for a thorough cleanse. I’ve tried most wipes on the market, from standard chemist brands such as Olay/Simple/Neutrogena to more premium brands such as MAC and when ELF was having a 20% off their Studio range recently I popped these ‘cleansing cloths’ in my basket to see how they faired up.
I was shocked at how moist they are! I wrung one out and my hand was covered in cleanser, I found as they are so moist they really get eye makeup off easily without having to rub or irritate your eyes. With every other wipe (apart from the MAC ones) I had to dab some eye makeup remover into the wipe to cleanse my eyes, but these took off everything with …

I have been really impressed with almost every ELF Studio makeup product I’ve tried, and at just £3.50 each you really can’t go wrong!
Translucent Matifying Powder -
This is one of my favourite ELF products ever and I have gone through 5 or 6 now. If you have oily skin you NEED this, it holds up the oil like no other powder I’ve tried and I always have one in my handbag for touch-ups throughout the day. Although the shade is ‘transluscent’ I find it matches my skintone perfectly and provides the best coverage I’ve seen from a powder. Whilst on holiday I wore this on it’s own as it was so hot, and it covered any redness/blemishes and didn’t feel as if it was clogging my pores. This has better coverage and lasting power then MAC Studio Fix IMO and at a quarter of the price! I can’t rave about this product enough, I love it and will repurchase over and over again, pictured is one of my backups, with daily use (and touch-ups) a compact usually lasts me 1-2 months. You also get a large …

I’ve been on a bit of an E.L.F rampage of late! I was a bit of a brush virgin since before blogging, using mainly my fingers and cotton pads/buds as my tools (I even used to apply blusher with a cotton pad, shocking). So I thought I best invest in a few quality brushes to see what all the fuss is about and I was so impressed with my first order the gods sent a 20% off discount code and I ordered a load more, yay =D.
Heres what I got the other day:
From L-R Blush/Bronze Duo, Small Brush Holder, Mineral Lipstick in Runway Pink, Powder Brush, Complexion Brush & Small Angled Brush =D. The lipstick is gorgeous, a lovely muted pink that feels more like a balm then a lipstick, I wanted Natural Nymph but the website has been out of stock for ages =0/. Also been reaching for the bronze/blush duo alot, the colours are quite sheer so suit my fair skin perfectly!
And heres what I got today =D
From L-R Single Eyeshadow in Charcoal, Brow Kit in Dark, Peachy Keen Blusher, Tickled Pink Blusher, Birthday Suit Lip Stain & Blusher Brush
Can’t wait to try it all out!
Have …
