One of my favourite bloggers Miss Lipglossiping tagged me to answer these few questions, I enjoyed reading her answers so thought I’ld give it a go….
1. What is your beauty style? (Natural, trendy etc.)
I don’t really have a style, I just go where the mood takes me! Sometimes I wake up and I want to rock out with thick black eyeliner, a band t shirt and pale skin, other times I want to wear bright pink eyeshadow with massive false lashes! Day to day I mostly keep it quite subtle with pink/bronze blush, mascara & nude lippy maybe add a hit of colour with a liquid liner but when I’m going out for the night I always do something different and always wear bright coloured eyeshadows.
2. Where do you get your beauty inspiration from?
Other bloggers! I like to add my own twist though, but I can hand on heart say everything I have learnt about blending eyeshadow, contouring and eyelining is down to other bloggers through blogs and YouTube! I would be lying if I said advertising didn’t have an impact, I also like MAC & Urban Decay face charts for ideas but I’m pretty good at picking …

Being the workoholic I am I was under strict instructions from Bossman to relax and re-fuel, but not alot of that went on as we wanted to cram so much into our few days by the sea! We couldnt’ve picked a better few days, the weather was perfect and we both got a bit sunburnt (tut tut, I know!) We stayed at the gorgeous Blu Radisson, a stones throw from the pier and the famous Lanes shopping and again we couldnt’ve picked a better location. The hotel was amazing, we got upgraded to a business class suite and as an extra treat Bossman had arranged for champagne and cake to be in our room on arrival… We felt so spoilt! Although we did look a bit out of place, next to all the posh old people me and chubs stuck out like sore thumbs…. But we didn’t care, haha.

Did everyone have a good weekend..?
I didn’t do much, well I didn’t plan to do much… Saturday was just a chill day, me & Chubby just sorted our room out and I done a bit of work etc. Sunday we went to a car boot sale, like the pair of old farts we are! Chubs is very into games console modifications, and really wants to build an Xbox 360 case out of lego, and it’s really hard to find lego bricks on their own, without the silly adds ons (Star Trek kits etc). The best place to find a big ol’ box of lego is a car boot! Oh and my mate wanted a new bike =). So anyway we came away with nothing, the weather was crap and theyre wasn’t that many sellers. I saw a lady selling the worst MAC fakes I have ever seen, they didn’t even have names on the eyeshadows. She really gave me the hard sell, I almost felt sorry for her…

On the way home we made a quick pit stop in Krispy Kreme (it’s doughnut week, don’t cha know!) and Pets At Home as my mate needed some bits for her …

Hope you’ve all have a lovely bank holiday weekend! I didn’t do much, had some work to catch up on and went for a lovely dinner with my family today… And that was it!
